This complex was set up in 1960. The stadium and various courts and practice halls shall occupy a 6-acre land. The following facilities are available over there: athletics, gymnastics with imported equipment, squash. However, basketball (Synthetic) and volleyball courts are floodlighted one. Many National tournaments/events have also been organized here alongwith the North Zone Athletic Meet in 1997. A new multipurpose hall constructed in which at present Badminton sports have been started. There is also a proposal to convert existing cinder Athletic track to 8 lane Synthetic Athletic track.
